Files are only accepted from agents who have completed our Agent Intake Form. Once completed, you may submit an unlimited number of files.

To begin transaction coordination services, please submit your fully executed contract via email. Once we receive all required items, your file will be opened and we will handle escrow from open to close while keeping you updated throughout the process. Files may be submitted anytime, day or night.
What to Include in Your Email (Required)
To avoid delays, your email must include all of the following:
1. Fully Executed Contract
- Attach the signed contract (PDF format preferred)
- Ensure all parties have signed and initials are complete
2. All Executed Addenda
- Attach every addendum referenced in the contract
- Include amendments, disclosures, and contingencies
- If an addendum exists, it must be attached
3. Contact Information
Please include in the body of your email if they are not listed on the Purchase Agreement:
- Escrow Officer Name & Email Address (or attorney in some states)
- Loan Officer Name & Email Address
- Buyer, Seller & Co-Agents Emails
- HOA Contact Info
For cash transactions, please note “Cash – No Lender”
Important Submission Notes
- All documents must be fully executed, signed and initialed correctly prior to submission
- Incomplete submissions may delay file opening
- AgentPro will begin coordination once all required items are received
- Submission of the contract authorizes AgentPro to begin transaction coordination and communicate with all parties involved
After You Submit
Once your email is received and reviewed:
- Your transaction will be opened – you will be notified
- Introduction emails will be sent to title, lender, and all parties
- Contract deadlines and compliance tracking will begin
